【世界夫人澳大利亞賽區啟動】
After the 2020 World Madam Global Finals concluded in Macao on June 30th this year, the 2021 World Madam Australia Division officially launched on July 15th. In addition to Victoria State comparing with 2020, members of the 2021 World Madam Organizing Committee are newly including New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, and Tasmania of Australia. Participating madams are also expecting to raise the bar of the competitions.
自2020WORLD MADAM世界夫人全球總決賽於今年6月30日在澳門落下帷幕後，2021世界夫人澳大利亞賽區於7月15日正式啟動。據悉，與2020年相比，2021年WORLD MADAM世界夫人組委會成員除了維州之外，增加了新南威爾士州、昆士蘭州、南澳州、西澳州、塔斯馬尼亞州等全澳各州選拔賽區代表，參賽夫人的水準也有望提高。
After the first launch of World Madam in China, the United States, and Canada on August 31st, 2020, series of global events were in full swing in 66 competition divisions of 31 regions and countries in Europe, America, Asia, and Oceania for ten months. Nearly 10,000 madams participated. The Global Finals was grandly held in Macao from June 28th to 30th this year. The World Madam Champion, 1st and 2nd runner-up, the top three People』s Choice winners, individual-award winners and Love Ambassador were born.
WORLD MADAM世界夫人自2020年8月31在中國、美國、加拿大率先啟動以來，全球系列活動在歐美亞大洋洲31個國家和地區的66個賽區如火如荼地進行了10個月，近萬名參賽夫人經過海選及各賽區決賽評選，於今年6月28日至30日在澳門隆重舉辦全球總決賽，誕生了世界夫人全球冠亞季軍、民選前三甲、多位單項獎得主和愛心大使。
世界夫人全球活動的宗旨是通過賽事等一系列活動鼓勵更多的世界夫人和參与活動的朋友們一起在愛國、愛家、愛護環境、公益、慈善的道路上比肩同行，奉獻力量。
According to the introduction by organizer Madam Hu Mei, the chairperson of the Australian Chinese International Arts Festival, this year』s World Madam Australia competitions are in two stages. The 1st stage is the preliminary rounds that registration starts now until August 8th, 2021. Married women over 18 years old can sign up. The preliminaries will be broadcasted live globally on Uplive in mid-August. The second stage is the final competition held in Melbourne in mid-September. Because of the pandemic, the preliminaries and final will be held online and onstage simultaneously.
據承辦單位澳大利亞中華國際藝術節主席胡玫女士的介紹，今年的世界夫人澳大利亞大賽分兩個階段進行。第一階段初賽。報名從即日起到8月8日截止，凡18歲以上已婚女士均可報名。初賽於8月中旬在全球直播平台Uplive 上舉辦。第二階段 決賽於9月中旬在墨爾本舉行。考慮到疫情的限制，採用線下與線上結合的方式舉辦。
The Australian Chinese International Arts Festival is the organizer of the World Madam Australia Competition Division with Uplive Melbourne and the Australian Sisterhood Art Association co-organizing. In the nearly 30 years since its establishment, the Chinese International Arts Festival has held high-level, high-profile, diverse, and wide-ranging influential events. Various cultural activities of drama, film and television, fine arts, and multimedia have been the love by local Australians, overseas Chinese, and their immigrant descendants from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Indochina. Since 2013, under the leadership of the Festival chairperson Hu Mei OAM, it has, for three consecutive years, successfully held large-scale variety shows in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Large-scale performances, such as the Tennis Arts Festival in 2018 and 2019, the dance drama 「Fan of Peach Blossom」 have created a brand effect. The Chinese International Arts Festival has become a shining pearl of Chinese culture and art in multicultural Australia.
WORLD MADAM世界夫人澳大利亞賽區承辦方由澳大利亞中華國際藝術節、Uplive墨爾本和澳大利亞姐妹情聯藝會共同舉辦。中華國際藝術節創辦近30年來，舉辦了水平高、知名度高、形式多樣、影響面廣、倍受澳大利亞本地及來自中港台、東南亞、印支各國華人華僑及其移民後代喜愛的歌舞、音樂、戲劇、影視、美術和多媒體等各類文藝活動。自2013年起，在藝術節主席胡玫OAM的帶領下，成功舉辦了2015、2016、2017連續三年大型綜藝晚會，和2018、2019網球藝術節、《桃花扇》舞劇等大型演出，成為澳大利亞多元文化社會一顆具有品牌效應的中華文化藝術的閃亮明珠。
直播平台Uplive是目前全球發展最快的泛娛樂視頻平台。該公司自2016年上線中國以來，在全球有近一億用戶使用，是躋身谷歌、臉書、騰訊、阿里、抖音等全球市值名列前茅的新經濟公司中的佼佼者。Uplive自去年起參与WORLD MADAM世界夫人在美國、歐洲、澳大利亞和中國多地賽區的賽事，澳大利亞賽區的參賽者有機會與時俱進，在Uplive這個新興平台上一展風采。
They have attracted many women who love dance art in the Melbourne area. They have led fellow women to participate in various large-scale public welfare performances often. Their performances had been highly praised and loved by the audience and gaining a good reputation. For example, the association planned and hosted the first 「Most Beautiful Oriental Rhyme」 Cheongsam Contest in Melbourne in 2017. The same year, it participated in the Chinese extravaganza of the 「Guinness Best Cheongsam of the World」 exhibition. In 2021, by overcoming difficulties under the pandemic, the association planned and hosted jointly with 12 other outstanding performing art teams for the 「In the Mood for Love」 Mother』s Day charity show. They strive to build more performing arts platforms to fully display the artistic grace of Chinese women and their multicultural performing arts careers.
澳大利亞姐妹情聯藝會、鼓舞飛揚藝術學院成立於2014年。自成立至今吸引了墨爾本眾多熱愛舞蹈藝術女性們的積极參与，該組織帶領姐妹們多次積极參加各種大型文藝公益演出活動，受到高度評價與觀眾的喜愛同時也擁有了極高的知名度。例如：2017年策劃主辦了墨爾本首屆《最美東方韻》旗袍大賽， 同年赴悉尼參加華人盛大的《世界旗袍吉尼斯之最》展演。2021年在疫情之下克服困難，策劃主辦公益匯演活動，結合12個優秀演藝團隊共同完成了《花樣年華》母親節大型公益匯演。她們力爭策劃搭建更多演藝平台，為盡顯華人女性的藝術風采與多元文化演藝事業做出貢獻。
WORLD MADAM世界夫人澳大利亞賽區組委會主席由澳大利亞中華國際藝術節主席胡玫OAM太平紳士擔任，執行主席由Uplive墨爾本負責人王鸝擔任，總策劃由澳大利亞姐妹情聯藝會會長謝筠擔任，形象大使是2020世界夫人全球總決賽上榮獲最上鏡夫人獎的劉奕寧（Maggie）夫人。協辦單位有DanceTop頂尖舞蹈聯盟、黑土地藝術團、墨爾本歌友會等。組委會同時感謝各大華文媒體網路的鼎力支持！
The slogan of the World Madam Competition is: 「One Step for Madam, One Step for the World」! World Madam is an extravaganza for married women, awakening more women to propagate health, beauty, and love together to cohere their spirit and strength.
世界夫人賽事活動口號是：「One step for madam, One step for the world 夫人一小步，世界一大步」！世界夫人是已婚女性的盛會，是喚醒更多女性共同傳播健康、美麗、愛心精神與力量的凝聚。

關於WORLD MADAM世界夫人
由Anni Huang黃安妮夫人發起的WORLD MADAM世界夫人全球賽事活動不以外貌、身材、才藝等局限角度來評選，而是以豐富的多維度、多元化、包容性以及其社會角色來定義夫人的成功與成就。「The GreatMadam for the World,The Great World for the Madam為世界準備偉大的夫人，為夫人準備偉大的世界。」是對WORLD MADAM世界夫人使命的全新詮釋。
區別於其它傳統選美賽事，WORLD MADAM世界夫人的評選不僅採用前置評選和現場評選相結合方式，還具備了三大顯著特徵：一是國際性。該賽事在2020年疫情環境下，仍然獲得了全球31個國家和地區申請或舉辦，據統計，全球報名參加世界夫人評選的11000多名夫人中，獲得各國家級賽區獎項的夫人有195位，其中入圍全球總決賽的有103位候選夫人。遍布全球的賽區和眾多夫人的參与以及本次澳門舉辦的全球性總決賽暨頒獎盛典，使得它成為真正意義上的國際性賽事；
二是公益性。WORLD MADAM世界夫人對全球所有賽區都免收授權費，這將有助於各賽區的執行主席可以將有限資源投入到賽事組織、鼓勵夫人開展慈善活動等這些真正需要的地方，夫人當選后也積极參与公益活動，從而將Anni Huang安妮夫人發起的世界夫人公益萬里行理念切實落到實處。公益與慈善已成為WORLD MADAM世界夫人最顯著耀眼的標誌；
三是廣泛性。WORLD MADAM世界夫人不只是舉辦賽事，還創建了世界夫人皇家學院，聯合主辦了博鰲亞洲論壇全球健康大會「全球健康女性」分論壇、聯合國世界和平音樂會、《老家在中國》第五屆世界華人春晚、第11屆聯合國自閉症日慈善音樂會、《唱響歐洲》2021大型歐洲春節晚會、世界夫人公益萬里行活動、沙漠戈壁挑戰賽等，已經使得WORLD MADAM世界夫人全球系列活動正通往構建實現「One Step for Madam，One Step for the World夫人一小步，世界一大步」理念的完整體系。
